The service and approvals

Hatchwell provides daily monitoring and a ranked morning brief. It takes actions only within the guardrails you set. Hatchwell may automatically pause an ad only when that ad falls below the return on ad spend (ROAS) floor you set. Every other action—including budget reallocation, bid changes, new creative, and page edits—stays in a queue until you approve it.

The founding pilot is hands-on while integrations roll out. You decide whether to approve any proposed change.

Pilot, price, and cancellation

The pilot is free for 14 days. After the pilot, the subscription costs $199 per month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund or prorate partial months. Hatchwell’s price is never a percentage of your ad spend.

Your accounts and results

You own your ad accounts, store, and budgets. You remain responsible for ad-platform policies and for all spend in your accounts. Hatchwell does not guarantee any business result or ROAS.

You can revoke Hatchwell’s access to Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, or any other connected service at any time through that service’s settings.

Ending service and term changes

Either you or Hatchwell may end service by sending notice by email. If you cancel a paid subscription, it remains active through the end of the current billing period, and partial months are not refunded. We will email the account contact before changes to these terms take effect.

Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hatchwell is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent allowed by law, Hatchwell’s total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid to Hatchwell in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
